The grapes destined for the production of the Cantina DeâRicci wines originate from 30 hectares of vineyards that the winery possesses and are situated in 3 areas, among the most suitable areas of Montepulcianoâs Territory: Ascianello, Nottola (Croce) e Fontecornino.
The average age of the vineyards is 12 years. The cultivation of the vines is by cordon spur and guyot training methods.
