CantinArte - 2021
Item #387
Slow maceration in steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging is done in steel tanks, preserie flavor freshness
The inky deepness of the ruby color concedes just a purplish rim, opening into a very intense nose with brisk mineral notes of pencil lead, dark fruits and blackberry with slightly balsamic nuances in the background. The palate attack is always very soft and caressing thanks to the sweet tannins.
An intense nose opening with the vineās primary aromas, red berries, sustained by a good note of alcohol. On the palate the wine shows its mighty structure, with tannins to the fore, and nice fresh, tasty notes that make Ode a feisty wine, well equipped to express the full typical traits of the variety.
