Vincent comes from a third generation wine-making family. In 2008 the domaine and the cellars were certified biodynamic, and were the first to receive the Demeter certification in all of Champagne. Vincent is obsessed with his vines and the healthy soils that they grow in. At harvest time he and his family pick the grapes by taste and touch. The wines are fermented in the cellar and aged in oak and stainless steel without added yeast or nutrients.
