After the harvest, the grapes are de- stemmed & crushed. Fermentation takes place in silos of temperature controlled stainless steel for 8-12 days at a controlled temperature of 22-24 C. After 4 months of aging in steel containers, the wine is bottled refined for 2 months in the bottle.
Color of Intense ruby red. The bouquet is fruit heavy with aromas of black cherry, pomegranate. The taste is full-bodied, soft & balanced, with a long & pleasantly fruity finish.
Harvest time: From 1st to 10th day of September
Vineyard: Bilateral espalier with spurred cordon system raised to a height of 50 cm from the ground, the vines are 8 years old
Food Pairing
Excellent with all types of roasted red meats and rich first corse.
