The fermentation takes place in concrete vats, with a maceration that lasts 15-20 days, matching reassembly & dƩlestage. The wine is improved for 18 months in new French oak barrels, then for 8 months in bottle.
Vibrant ruby red color, deep & concentrate. The nose is elegant & complex with aromas of spices & berries. The taste is long & very balanced with round & gentle tanin. The organoleptic thickness, together with the polyphenolic kit, ensure a great longevity to this wine.
The Rosso IGT "Imperfetto" of the Imperial agriculture is a pure cabernet.
Aged 18 months in barriques and then left to rest for another 8 in the bottle, it is, on the other hand, a savory Red, with great personality, elegant and, at the same time, vigorous.

Excellent in combination with red meats, stewed and grilled, it also goes well with game
