California Red Blend

From CHO This carbonated apple-grape wine is crafted by fermenting the remaining juice from lightly pressed sparkling grapes with the freshly pressed juice of seven locally grown heritage clone cider apples.

From NOAH RIVER Golden straw in color. Big noseful of ripe pear, hazelnut, citrus zest, and toasty oak. Expressive, full-bodied palate of pear, tropical fruits, and citrus. Finishes long with lingering notes of pear, green apple, and bright acidity.

From MAURO VEGLIO Intense ruby red color. Fresh to the nose with mature fruits; prunes and blueberries, licorice and notes of aromatic herbs like eucalyptus. The evident tannins and harmony confirm the grand character.

Lightly effervescent and light in body, frisky acidity. Lemongrass and white chocolate aromas are matched by a pronounced mineral note. Energetic flavors of chamomile tea, white pepper, and thyme. ABV 12.4%. (90 pts., Wine Enthusiast)
